How can I earn points?
As a Member, you’ll earn points on every order, with even more opportunities available as you engage with the brand. You can view all available earning opportunities in the Ways to Earn section of your rewards dashboard.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for exclusive savings or Velour favorites directly from your Rewards dashboard or My Account page. If you have enough points available, you can also apply them at checkout toward dollars off your purchase.
Where can I see my points balance?
Once you’re logged in to your Velour account, your points balance will be visible in your Rewards dashboard and on your My Account page.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire individually based on when they were earned and are valid for 12 months from the date they’re added to your account.
For example, if you earn points from a purchase on February 27, 2026, those points will expire on February 27, 2027.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Sharing Velour is effortless. Use your personal referral link to invite a friend to shop. They’ll receive $15 off $50* on their first order.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
Your birthday reward will be added to your account on your birthday.
If your birthday is added to your account within 30 days of the date, your reward will be issued approximately 30 days later.

I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made. Please make sure your rewards are applied to your order!
How does the PR box giveaway work?
Members of our highest tier, Inner Circle, are automatically entered to receive a PR box whenever one is released. Winners are selected at random by our team, and the PR box will be shipped to the address associated with the winner’s most recent order.
