Do you offer exchanges and returns?

All Mink Lashes are FINAL SALE as of August, 28, 2020

As of October 1st , 2020, all products purchased from Velourbeauty.com are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes we will not offer any refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of defective product. If an item may be considered defective, please email info@velourbeauty.com indicating your Order Number, and a photo of the product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of receiving your shipment. Velour reserves the right to reuse refund/replacement if passed 30 days of receiving. If the product is deemed defective by Velour, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for refund to show on your statement.

Products that are purchased and eligible Return and/or Exchanges prior to  October 1, 2020, follow steps below:  

STEP 1

Submit a return request. Please allow our Velour Connoisseurs up to 48 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed. Please Note All Mink Lashes are FINAL SALE as of August, 28, 2020

STEP 2

All refunds are subject to a $5.99 (US/Canada) or $15.99 (International) return label fee. This will be deducted from your refund amount. All exchanges will be the responsibility of the consumer to return the product back to us, as we do not charge a reshipment fee for exchange. Please be sure to get tracking for your returned goods as Velour is not responsible for lost products.

STEP 3

Please allow 1-2 business days once Velour has received the returned package to process your return or exchange. Once we have completed the return you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.

QUALIFICATIONS  for purchases made prior to  October 1, 2020

    • Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of your package being delivered.
    • The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
    • Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value. 
    • FINAL SALE: Any product marked as 'Final Sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Lashes purchased at Trade shows do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
    • All Mink Lashes are FINAL SALE as of August, 28, 2020

 

Purchases made prior to Oct 1 will follow the existing policies above. 
As of October 1st , 2020, all products purchased from Velourbeauty.com are final sale and below are the updated policies in regards to cancelation and returned packages. 

How do I cancel an order?

All orders once placed cannot be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed as all sales are final. Please email info@velourbeauty.com indicating your Order Number for cancellation consideration.

Refuse or Returned Packages

In any case of a Refused or Returned package, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund if eligible .

Incorrect Shipping information

Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the order’s shipping information. If you have submitted an incorrect address, please email info@velourbeauty.com immediately with your Order Number and the correct address. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes.

What if my package gets lost or stolen ?

Velour is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Please contact the carrier to file a claim, as they will  try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward. Velour reserves the right to determine the replacement of any products if deemed necessary. Please email info@velourbeauty.com indicating your Order Number, and claim # with Carrier.
