If you don't love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your Velour products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund or exchange in the first 30 days from the delivery date. All that we ask is for you to return the item in it's original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.
Please note, only items purchased on velourlashes.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.

Submit a return request. Please allow our Velour Connoisseurs up to 48 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.
A $5.99 processing fee applies to all USA and Canada returns. A $15.99 processing fee applies for all international returns. All exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Velour, please save your return tracking number.
Please allow 1-2 business days once Velour has received the returned package to process your return or exchange. Once we have completed the return you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of your package being delivered.
The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
FINAL SALE: Any product marked as 'Final Sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lashes purchased at Trade shows do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

For all international returns/exchanges there will be a $15.99 processing fee.
Velour is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due, it is the customers responsibility. Velour Lashes will not reimburse additional charges.
If the lashes you ordered are not what you were expecting, you can exchange them for a different style. However, you must submit an exchange request first and Velour must receive your old lashes before sending out the new style. Please click here to submit an exchange request.
Follow the steps listed above, you can print your return label right from your computer. Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Velour Lashes will not cover any costs incurred through international exchange rates.
Any products that are purchased as part of a promotion or discount may not be returned or exchanged.
After your return is processed, it will typically take 2 - 5 business days for the funds to show on your bank statement.
